2020 Annual Membership payment is due in January! Please complete the renewal portion of the membership page AND pay for your annual dues on-line! Clinic managers can pay for employees with one single payment and list each name on the comment section. Check and credit card payments will be accepted at the meeting but we strongly prefer that you pay on-line. After you make a payment, a receipt is sent by email.
